To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the process.

 

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at service@keenpower.com. Upon approval, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
